History[]

Veraduin was generally a peaceful world, and remained largely overlooked by Morganem's forces prior to the events of To the Bitter End - its small pockets of civilisation were not notable enough to require much attention, and the druids were insular enough that they went largely unnoticed.

Unfortuantely this changed when Cameron Aileron was marooned on Veraduin after the failed attack on Khaal Spire at the beinning of To the Bitter End. In his pursuit of Cameron, Morganem dispatched Dharuk forces near Heart Grove. When the druids got in their way, the Dharuk attacked them, embroiling them in the conflict.

The last straw occurred when Morganem sent his Juggernaut siege machine to Veraduin to flush out Cameron. The machine caused considerable damage to the forests around Heart Grove. It was this that led to the druids allying themselves with Cameron and assisting him and his companions in destroying the Juggernaut.

In the Epilogue of To the Bitter End, the druids and Treemen are seen to be purging the remnants of the Dharuk invasion force and healing the damage the Juggernaut caused.
